Our story
Why we started Happy Vending.
Hi, I'm Celeste — the person behind Happy Vending. I started this because vending machines haven't changed in decades, and I thought they could be smarter. Happy Vending is my take on that: a Software-Defined Micro-Store with real-time stock, sales, and error monitoring built in. I run it solo, powered by an automated workflow, and I'm building it one location at a time.
What we do
Happy Vending is the trading name of Happy Vending Machines LLC.
Happy Vending replaces generic vending machines with location-aware, data-driven micro-stores. All machines are smart and connected: inventory management software allows stock, sales and machine errors to be monitored remotely. Machines are built on an Android 11 architecture with a 4G + 32GB configuration and are sourced from Guangzhou Zhenghe Intelligent Technology.
Our service philosophy
- Say what we can do. If a space is not a fit, we tell you rather than sell you a machine.
- Match the machine to the space. Layout, audience and product mix are decided per location.
- Keep terms in writing. Any commercial arrangement is agreed before anything is installed.
- Stay reachable. Email, phone and a support form — during Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
